Benisha Hamal, A gorgeous Nepali RJ / Model / Actress was born on 25 July, 1990 in Chitwan, Gitanagar- Amarbasti to Father Bheshraj Hamal and Mother Shakuntala Hamal. Shares in the book her primary schooling from Golden future boarding English school and completed her SLC from Arunodaya Higher Secondary School. She did her 10+2 from Shanti Academy, Bhatarpur. For her further studies she began to Kathmandu in the year 2007 and did her BA form Kantipur College of Business Management and Humanities (major English and Mass Communication) and she pursued her MA from Golden gate international university.

In the year 2006 she won second runner up title of “Ideal Rj” organized by Kalika Fm, Bharatpur and worked there for about one year. After that she started function with as VJ various Nepali TV Channels like Channel Nepal, NTV Plus and NTV. She started her modelling carrier on 2009.

Benisha Hamal was appeared in many TV commercial ads like: Yum Yum Noodles,Rio Juice, UTL,Rose Village Housing, Nova Ice-cream and Wego Scooty.

Later on she was seen on music video. Her first music video was “ Sindhuli Ko” by singer Paul Rai. Later she was appeared in dozens of music videos. A few best music vedios are like “ Timi Arkai Ghar Ko Manche” by Hementa Sharma, “Aau milli” by Buddha Shakya, “Tadha” by Babin Pradhan, “ Chot Khada Khada” by Manoj Raj,” Ek patak” by Rupa Bista many others.

With a success of Nepali movie ‘Mokshya’ Benisha Hamal got a recognition in Nepali movie industry although she gets already appeared in a lot of movies like ‘Swor’, ‘Jhyan Hajir Cha’, ‘Ma Ani Timi’ etc. She has debuted as an actress from Nepali movie ‘Swor’ directed by Prasanna Poudel. .
