YAN Rupandehi acting chairman shot at, dies in hospital

An unidentified gang shot dead Rupandehi chairman of UML affiliated Youth Association Nepal on Monday.Police said two motorcycle-borne assailants shot at acting chairman of YAN Rupandehi Durga Tiwari at Koliya, Dhekawar in Devdaha municipality at around 3:30 pm. Tiwari died while receiving treatment at Devdaha Medical College.This was second attack on chairman Tiwari. He had escaped another attempt on his life in the previous holiday season.Rupandehi DSP Mukunda Marasini said that mother and father been deployed in the vicinity to search the culprits.
