The CPN-UML Central Secretariat meeting on Thursday concluded how the constitution amendment bill that the government had moved inside of Parliament was anti-national.According for the party’s press release, the meeting demanded that the government immediately withdraw the bill, which had been registered in violation of the constitution and had created division among the people.The party also said moving of the bill was tantamount to contempt of court.
