Different protest programmes were held at various places of Rupandehi district against constitution amendment bill registered in the parliament by the government, with changes to the province borders.Different organisations including the All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU), in order to CPN (UML), and Akhanda Nepal have called the shutdown here today.
